I miss your dinner parties -- no one does them quite like you.<BR/><BR/>How could I adapt the tajine to be vegetarian without using "just" veggies (and no disrespect is intended for veggies, but I like a "meatier" entree than most vegetarians)? Would tofu cubes work, or do you think something heartier (seitan?) would hold up better?
